Warren
Tony
has been involved in the Australian
and New Zealand capital markets
since 1980. He has held Directorships in Equitable Life and
associated companies, with particular interest in structured financing and
securitisation of financial instruments. Currently he holds
Directorships in companies active in investment management, technology
and venture capital and serves as Director of an Australian Public
Company. He has extensive experience in mergers and
acquisitions, corporate finance and IPO work in New Zealand and other markets
including China. Tony’s expertise includes turn-around management and
business re-engineering in public and private companies in Australia and New
Zealand.
Tony
is Chairman of Ashe, Morgan Young Securities in New Zealand and
Australia and actively involved in the health and biotechnology sectors
in Asia.
